define a mature person.A mature person is someone that understand the consequences of his/her actions. A person that can make a decision based on what is needed and not based on what he/she wants to happen. A mature person knows the values of discipline and responsibilities. So tell me what do you think what is your own definition?

I agree with all you said actually. I think a mature person is someone who can take into consideration their actions and who thinks about how it will affect them and others. I also think a mature person would also seriously be able to "own up to" (know they are responsible for their actions and be able to admit it, in other words, not blaming people or making excuses for things that happen or don't happen because of choices they chose to make.

hmm, a mature person, for me is someone who actually is able to handle things without complaining and making smart or convenient ways to resolve them, a person who does not contradict himself or herself, and a person who respects himself or herself and others.
A mature person is someone that when situations warrant that they are needed they move into place and do what it is that is required never minding the amount of time or energy required. A “keep on keeping on” mentality as it were. A mature person is dependable and responsible. A mature person does not shrink from doing that which is considered hard to do when it is that what is most needed is also considered to be difficult at best. A mature person also realizes that after having done all, sometimes it is not within one’s strength/power to accomplish the task at hand and is able to at some point to “release” it without beating up “self” as it were, rather coming into realization that everything that could have been done was done/truly attempted and then to move on.
